I am recruiting two postdoctoral researchers at IPhT, CEA Saclay, as part of my ERC-StG project UREikA — UltraRelativistic Eikonal Amplitudes:

  • A three-year position on scattering amplitudes and gravitational-wave observables, in particular emitted energy, deflection angle and gravitational waveforms. The focus is on their high-energy limit, eikonal exponentiation, soft/collinear and self-force resummations.

  • A two-year position (which may be renewed for one more year) on holographic approaches for gravitational waves, including Celestial/Carroll holography, and their connections with soft theorems and asymptotic symmetries.

Appointments are expected to begin on October 1st, 2027; the exact starting date may be negotiable. Applicants are expected to hold a PhD in theoretical physics by the starting date.
